in good old japanese tradition, on the 11th day of new year, we cut up the mochi which we've put in front of the house, cook and eat the damn thing... HUAT AH!!! but since i am not gonna be home on the 11th, and since 7th is the last day of new year here, i'll make hay while sun shine... HUAT AH!!! of cos i did it the singapore way, steam it and dump em into peanut powder... (japanese usually toast them and put sweet stew in them) HUAT AH!!!
